The drill simulated a mechanical accident that could occur during daily production. Upon the incident, we immediately stopped the equipment, reported the situation, and activated the emergency response procedures. Our emergency team quickly arrived at the scene, cordoned off the surrounding area, and provided basic first aid, including wound treatment and immobilization, followed by further medical support.

Throughout the drill, we strictly adhered to established procedures and maintained effective communication to ensure a calm and orderly emergency response. This drill helped our team better understand how to react correctly in real-world emergency situations and reinforced the importance of safe equipment operation.

After the drill, we conducted a brief debriefing, discussed the observations, and identified areas for improvement. This process allows us to continuously refine our safety procedures, ensuring their practicality and effectiveness in real-world work environments.

As a manufacturer with 16 years of experience producing biodegradable and compostable packaging bags, we operate a 20,000-square-meter factory equipped with 16 fully automated production lines, boasting a monthly capacity of 200 tons. Safety is at the heart of our daily operations, as important as product quality, environmental responsibility, and regulatory compliance.

At Orizon Biomaterials, we will continue to conduct regular safety training and emergency drills to maintain a safe working environment, ensure stable production, and meet the expectations of our international customers and partners.
