BPI Certification or Sublicense for Private Label?
A private-label buyer cannot automatically use a manufacturer’s BPI Certification Mark simply because the original finished product is BPI certified.
If an eligible certified product will be sold under another brand, a BPI sublicense may be required to connect the original certified product with the private-label product and SKU.
Private-label projects should therefore confirm:
